This is a 2 owner automobile which spent its entire life residing in the Garden State of New Jersey. The original owner had the car repainted beautifully in its original Inverness Green Poly color approx. 18 years ago. Paint shows very nice and shines with virtually no defects. The second owner had the interior (seats, headliner & carpeting) all redone in the correct pattern about 2-3 years ago (perfect and very nice). A new dashboard was recently installed by premier authentic dash company Just Dashes (perfect). All new weatherstripping around all windows and doors. Glass is very good with no defects. The chrome and stainless trim are in very good shape, not perfect show but very good given its originality (see pictures). New brakes, Full tune-up, 4 New Coker Classic white wall tires, front end pitman arm has also been replaced and the front end drives the car straight as an arrow. Engine was taken apart by previous owner and rebuilt. Mileage was reset on odometer and currently shows 28716 miles. New horn ring on steering wheel was just installed and is 50% stronger than the original that always break. The car runs, drives and stops perfectly and is ready for cruising! In rare color of Inverness Green Poly you will get many "Thumbs up" and many looks as you cruise down the road in the greatest of the "Fin-Era" Classics. This vehicle is mechanically sound and drives perfectly down the road and is turn key. Much time, money and care has been put into this vehicle over the years and it truely shows. If purchased I am confident you will enjoy and be pleased with this beautiful example of General Motors Rolling Art. For those who dont know what there actually looking at this is a 59 and is the iconic "Fin-car" of the 1950s and is legendary fins make these cars very desireable and command very much attention.
