I've owned this car since 2004 and have driven it an average of 1000 miles/year. Here is a video of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zw4IAYx1fCY&feature=channel_video_title The car has been quite reliable and starts easily; either the regular way or with the hand crank stored in the trunk (boot). Hand cranking it always draws a crowd at local car shows. The paint was last touched up a year ago. The dashboard control knobs have recently been replaced. The seats and cockpit bows are leather. All the guages work. Brakes are excellent. It has 4 of the 5 48-spoke wire wheels that came with it and original size bias ply tires with plenty of tread left. The top and side curtains are in excellent condition. A black toneau cover, also in excellent condition, is included. A case for the sliding windows is also included. I wouldn't be afraid to drive this car across the country (not on salted roads in winter, however!) History: The last owner had purchased the car in 1988 with just under 48,000 miles on it, according to the title. He had finished a frame-off restoration in 1995. The odometer presently reads just under 12,000 miles; thats why I list the mileage at 60,000. All rust had been removed during the frame-off. None was found when the car was refinished in 2005 (It was white, I really wanted it black). The car remains rust free. The chrome on the car is excellent which the exception of the bumpers (scratched), the rear license plate lamp (black spots), and windshield support blackets (slightly pitted). These items are readily available at Moss Motors at a very reasonable price. The drivers seat has a scuff on it where you get in. The turn signals do not work, although the signal "blinks" inside the car. The map light on the passenger side works sometimes. The rear brake lights have stopped working - I have an extra switch which I'll include. ........ such is the charm of Lucas electrics. Overall, this is a very nice car thats easy to work on and fun to drive. You'll have smiles wherever you go.
