Up for bid is a 1952 52 Cadillac series 62 four door sedan. This is a complete car that was taken apart for restoration and has now sat for several years. I included a pic of the car the way it was the day I got it. The body is in great shape with no major collisions or problem areas. Some rust bubbling has begun in the lower doors since the car has been sitting. All of the parts to put the car back together are there. This car came with power steering, oil filter, automatic transmission, vacuum antenna, vacuum wiper washer, the heater in the firewall, one under the seat, and the defroster in the rear window. It has the original radio and clock. Anything that was missing on the car I bought over the years through junk yards and ebay. The car comes with two radiators, two original carbs (one carter and one rochester), the oil air cleaner, starter, engine accessories, the 331 engine and hydramatic transmission. The front suspension, drive shaft, rear end, leaf springs, brake parts, rims tires, hub caps, all are with the car. The interior is the original one and the steering wheel and column, both seats, door panels are inside the car. Front and rear bumpers, trim, grill, front and rear fenders, hood are there too. The frame was sandblasted and painted but the paint isnt that great due to sun and weather exposure. The car is sitting on a wooden box we made so the body would sit on the original mounting points. The hardest thing to move is the body as you would need to find a way to pick it up off the wooden frame. I had used a friends crane truck to lift it but I no longer have access to it. The only thing I had thrown out was the exhaust since it wsnt the original one anyway. Buyer must arrange shipping and transportation but I will help in any way I can. The car has a clear Texas title. ****I bought some NOS parts for this car which are available SEPARATELY to the high bidder if you want them. I have a Guide spotlight with mirror, guide 6v headlamps, back up lenses, generator, regulator, fuel pump, front shocks, brake hoses, 4 wheel cylinders, parking brake cable, king pin set, wiper blades, oil pressure sender, temp sender, brake light switch, turn signal flasher, headlight dimmer switch, generator brushes, generator end frame, generator armature, starter brushes, points, condensers, dist cap, rotor, distributor breaker plate, vacuum advance, ignition coil, spark plugs, all in their original GM Delco Remy boxes! These parts fit many other General Motors cars as well. We can talk about a price for those but I will only sell them if the car sells since I dont want to be left with a car and no parts.
