You are looking at an ex British Army 1986 Landrover 110 softtop 2.5 Diesel. (We have listed it as 1979 because eBay doesnt recognise the VIN number....this can be supplied on request) This truck was well maintained by the military and is in good solid condition unlike many of the civilian vehicles of the same age. It has been fitted with a new black canvas roof and heavy duty "wolf" wheels with BF Goodrich tyres. It drives well, is very solid and is mechanically sound although very basic inside! It is currently fitted with the 2.5 litre normally aspirated diesel engine. This engine is reliable and very strong although you are unlikely to win any races with it. If required we can fit a 200/300 tdi engine for approx $2000-2500. The truck has a valid UK roadworthiness certificate and is ready to be used right now. We can undertake any work that may be required including engine swaps, suspension upgrades, resprays and anything else you require......just ask. This isnt one of those brand new trucks with 25 year old chassis plates that are so common on here but it is a good honest and solid vehicle at a fraction of the price. We can ship anywhere in the world that isnt on the UK government prohibited list and are registered with the export control organisation for the export of military vehicles from the UK. Shipping to New York is usually in the region of $2000 but please ask us for a quote to the port of your choice.
