1966 Chevy Corvair Corsa. This is an original Turbo corsa one of only a couple thousand made in 1966 which was the last year for the turbo. The currently has a completely rebuilt 140 HP engine with zero miles on it. The engine was built to stage 3 stinger specs. The heads were completely re-worked, The step was removed, the valves were polished and potred. Excess metal was removed from the valve area. All new seats were install and staked and new valves and guides were also installed. The oil grooves in the block were inlarged to racing specs. This work was done a few years ago by a well known Corvair specialist Ken Hand. NOS pistons and jugs were installed, a Crower racing Cam, Otto valve covers. Otto oil pan, new headers and mufflers. All carbs were rebuilt and a otto carb rotating kit was installed with all new linkage. The engine runs excellent. The body work was started on the car it has been sanded down and some rust has been repaired. The body is very solid. the floors, trunk, engine compartment, battery compartment are all rock solid. The tires are about 6 years old but have almost zero miles on them. the brakes were redone several years ago and work good with allmost zero miles on them. The gas tank has been restored with a new sending unit. New front high performance front springs. The interior is not bad, front seats are good the back seat has a tear on the top. All the guagae and lights work as they should. I have all the trim parts to put the car back together after the body is completed. Feel free to come and take a look.
