2011 Buick Lucerne CXL flood car with Pa salvage certificate flood title. Up for auction we have a 2011 Buick Lucerne that has been declared a total loss from the insurance company due to a recent flood. We have had great success cleaning these cars and getting them started by changing all the fluids and pulling the spark plugs out in the past however due to and abundance of new arrivals we no longer have any time. You will need this car to be towed and change all the fluids before starting this unit. We have not had one yet that did not start but due to a large amount of inventory we will offer these cars first not running at a fraction of there cost and if not sold we will invest the time to get them running and offer them later in time as running units naturally for more money.
