In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. ATV This ATV is a 2007 Honda Foreman 500 ES EPS (Electric Power Steering) 4x4. (TRX500FPE) The Foreman is Honda's 500 class, full size flagship and is one of the best selling ATVs of all time, for good reason. It is one of the most versatile, dependable ATVs ever made. It starts with the 475cc four stroke, air/oil cooled work horse engine. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. These newer Foremans do include part time 4x4, so you can run in 2 wheel drive for light steering and simply flip the switch when you need 4x4 traction. This is the electric shift model so while you do have to shift gears in the five speed transmission you do not have to use a clutch. You simply push a button to change gears. This way you gte the reliability of a foot shift transmission with the ease of use of an automatic. This transmission system is ultra reliable, easy to use and has no belts to slip or break. It does also have a pull start backup in the event of a dead battery. Of course digital instrumentation, racks and a trailer hitch are standard equipment. The best feature of this ATV though is the power steering. This is one of those features that once you experience it you will never go back. It really is worth the premium price. It just makes the entire riding experience better. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This ATV is in like new, used condition. It has only 299 original miles and 154 engine hours of use. It runs great and has lots of power. The brakes, transmission, and etc. all work great. It runs perfectly has no leaks, smoke or any other issues. Appearance wise it looks all but brand new. It is an easy 9.8 our of 10 on the appearance scale. You may find a ligt scuff on the fenders somewhere but you will have to look very hard. The engine runs perfectly and it does not smoke or leak anything. So overall you are getting a very nice used ATV at a $100 minimum bid and no reserve. You could go buy a new one for $8500+ or here you pick the price, what more could you ask for? No reserve and no “buy it now”. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington KY and 75 South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exempion for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATVs to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
