Great original 1929 Ford Model A standard coupe with rumble seat! I acquired this from a friend in Chicago years ago. Just doesn't get used and needs a good home. Car is originally from Chicago (maybe Capones lot!). Still retains the original Chicago plates and tax tag. It is registered and insured by myself in NJ, I just keep the old plates on it cause they look cool, and keep the NJ ones on the back shelf (just in case). All steel body, it has an older repaint, looks great! All nickel and chrome appear original and real nice, slight patina. Roof and interior have been redone. No modern upgrades; no turn signals or modern electrics. Just as it left Henry's factory. Runs great. No leaks. Only work I did was replace the head with slightly higher compression, new battery and ground strap, new tire tubes, added a battery cut off, changed fluids, flushed fuel tank and added inline filter. An all original well maintained. Only one small spot of rust, solid car. Small old weld repair of steering column support on dash. I listed as 1200 miles but not sure of actual. Everything works; gages, horn, lights. Mechanical brakes in good order. Rear rack with trunk! Just needs a new owner to take out and parade. Rare original find, $17,000.00 Buy Now.
