Vehicle Detail

1969 Dodge Charger with 383 and AC. Car runs good, a little hesitiation as it needs a tune-up, but motor idles good and cruises with no problems. Black Interior is very nice, no rips/tears. Was redone at some point. I was told the engine and transmission were rebuilt at some point, that appears to be true as they are not the original paint. Hood turnsignals work, headlight doors open and close as they should. Brake lights work. Has white gauge faces, looks really sharp. Black vinyl top looks good, but does have some soft spots and bubbling. Tires and wheels look great on the car, rides super smooth, great cruiser. Great mild lope to the motor, sounds great. Drum brakes, but stop the car very good. Undercarriage looks good, will try and post some pics of that also. Problems: I would recommend repainting. Car has some rust around the rear window, some soft spots in the vinyl black top, bubbles in lower part of door and other locations as shown in the pics (please request more pics if this is a concern). I was told the car was parked outside for a while after it was repainted, thus the return of rust. Car has very minor damage in left rear quarter due to someone backing into it at some point, see pic. I would characterize this car as an excellent "original" car, 10 footer, and needs nothing to drive and enjoy. Car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. $500 deposit due within 48 hours of sale. Payment in full required in 7 days. I'm an honest Ebayer with excellent feedback and expect the same from a potential buyer. If you have feedback less than 10, contact me first before bidding. Thank you and good luck. Radiator END End of Codes On Nov-25-11 at 20:41:41 PST, seller added the following information: I have added additional pictures of the rust areas on the car. Car will need some rust repair around the rear window, and in front of the rear tires on both sides. Please contact me with any questions on this, typical Charger areas that will need attention if you decide to paint. Or, drive the car as I have as a 10 footer and don't worry about it! Again, this is a solid original car. Thanks,
