My BMW is in good shape with minor paint blemishes consistent with it's age and miles. It has been stored winters since I purchased it in 2008.There is one blemish "noted in pictures" where the previous owner must have shut the lid on a strap that blew around in the wind, on the top drivers side fender, otherwise the car is inrust free shape. Sport package includes sun roof, power leather seats, 17" rims with 85% tread life left. Cruise, power locks, traction control and passenger air bag.Maintenance records include oil separator seal, radiator compressor, and 5 speed transmission replacement with a 6 month warranty starting Oct. 2011. Trans had 89,000 miles on it, 20,000 less than the car.The thermostat is acting flaky, sending a check engine light code. The thermostat works perfectly fine, no noticable temp. variation on the gage. I can give the error code if requested.
