1999 Chevy Monte Carlo, 129,000 miles, 2 keyless entry remotes (broken key clips units still work) still driving car so miles will go up. rust in typical areas (rear wheel wells) & on the inside of the doors. Custom paint job in 2009, aftermarket rims in 2010 (will need tires soon). New shocks & struts in early 2010. Car runs fine, however the transmission doesn't shift into 4th (over-drive) also the engine has had a slight tick since I bought it from the dealership its mostly when its cold outside. Coolant system will need flushed (has had stop leak added) I have been driving the car almost everyday for over a year without over-drive & it seems to be ok - uses a little more gas but works I've owned the car since 2007 check engine light has been on all the time but never figured out the cause - in total I have put 60,000 miles on this car. Replaced headgaskets in 2007 (thought they were leaking - turns out it was the timing chain cover gasket changed that aswell) The fillerneck on the car should be replaced aswell - small gas leak. The interior of the car isnt the best the front two seats are leather buckets both seats have rips in them & the backseats are cloth, above the steering wheel the dash is cracked and missing a piece. The center console was added from a z34 model (this ls is still column shift) Car has been in one accident & one fender bender since I've owned it no major damage. All in all this is a pretty decent car that needs some work I am just looking for something new, more pictures upon request note: the car does need a bath and needs an oil change all will be done before end of auction.
