This is for a Extreamly Solid Well kept original survivor 1972 Oldsmobile 98 LS 4 door hardtop.This is a Super nice car that has always been garaged and babied.The car is showing 45K miles and I believe it is probably correct,but I cannot verify it.The car is very straight and 99% rust free.There is NO rust under the car.The car has had only one repaint at one time in the late 90's but there was never any damage or rust ever!!It was only done because the owner wanted a color chage from the original gold**** There is NO rust around or under the original vinyl top.It is still in Excellent shape.The interior is in Great shape with no funny smells.Everything is original and very clean and nice.The carpet is still like new.Everything works on the car.The front clock and the back seat clock both still work.All the power windows are fast and smooth.It has tilt tele wheel.The factory am radio still plays.The owners manual and original warrenty pack is still in the glove box.All the doors open and shut like new.The 455 cranks easily and runs smooth and quiet.Even the choke works as it should.The 400 trans shifts perfect.The exhaust is excellent.The A/c still has r 12 and works but needs alittle freon.The heater is excellent.All the weather stripping is still in very good shape.It is very obvious this car was garage kept,most all of its life.The brakes are excellent as are the tires.The trunk still looks like new.******The only faults I have found are 2 small rust holes on the outer edge of the back bumper on each side.The bumper front and rear still shine like new.See photos.The two small areas are about the size of a nickle.*****There is NO other rust anywhere else on this car!!! The front bumper has a small piece of the rubber impact strip missing from the passenger side corner.See photos.The car was originally Gold and was repainted the burgandy color you see now in the late 90's.It was a very nice paint job and has held up well.There are few spots inside the door jambs where the paint did flake/peal off but could be easily touched up.It is not that noticable.See photos.There is NO evidence of any rust or collision repair at all.This car drives perfect and I would not be afaid to go anywhere in it.Keep in mind it is not perfect car by no means,but it is a very nice SUPER solid 40 year old car.The photos tell the story and the car is priced right.**** It will be SOLD AS IS.*****The photos on this one speak for themselfs!!!!******See my other items for sale.I can arrange to have it delivered for you,if you like.Email for a Quote!!
