About the car: I have for sale a 1966 Chevelle Super Sport. It is a beautiful muscle car. It is a number matching car. As you can tell by the VIN, it's a genuine 138. This car has been pampered it's entire life. 2nd owner. Motor: The motor is a big block 396ci 4 SPEED on the floor. The horsepower is rated at 360 stock. The car has 500 miles since last rebuild. Modified parts include Holley Carb, electronic duel fans and aluminum radiator. I have the original parts for the fan and radiator. Interior: Factory A/C has recently been rebuilt. Needs to be re-charged. It has bucket seats. AM/FM Radio works great. The car has factory tint installed. Cloth inserts have all been redone. Exterior: Windshield and all windows are in great condition. The color is Aztec Bronze. This is the original color. It is equipped with drum brakes. It has Rally Wheels mounted on T/A Radials with 14" fronts and 15" rears. They are near new! Flaws: Door locks need to be re-keyed. Speedometer does not work. Needs gear in transmission. Tachometer has an electrical short, however it still functions properly sometimes. Overall: The car is awesome. Just what is noted above are the flaws. You can make it mint. Who want's to buy a car like this that doesn't require any work? It's always fun to tinker and build up these cars. This one doesn't need much! All sales are final. Buyer is responsible for picking up the car or having it shipped to his location. $500 deposit via paypal is required less than 48hrs after auctions end. This $500 is non-refundable and will be taken off the final price of the car upon the sale. On Nov-05-11 at 16:10:19 PDT, seller added the following information: I have the radio on this auction as an AM/FM radio. It is NOT an FM radio. AM only and yes, it's the original!! Also, no rust on the car whatsoever. I know that is an important question many want to know right off the bat. There is over 45k invested in this car. And of course, the car is garaged and NEVER just sits outside. On Nov-06-11 at 20:04:20 PST, seller added the following information: I've had some questions regarding the transmission of the car. The transmission of the car is perfect. No problems. For clarification, the speedometer doesn't work and for it to work it needs a gear in the transmission. But the tranny is perfect. I have pictures of the bottom of the carriage as well. I cannot add anymore pics to the auction which is unfortunate. So please just email me for any pics you might want to see. It is not tint, just factory glass Front windshield only has been replaced. All other glass is original.
