Here is a 1998 Lumina LTZ with 31,987 miles. I recently purchased this from the original owner. There are over 4,000 dollars in dealer maintenance records spanning the last 5 years. All recalls were addressed. A/C system was replaced. This car is loaded with many features. Factory Electric Sunroof, Leather Interior, Cruise Control, Power Windows, Power Door Locks. 4 Wheel Anti Lock Disc Brakes Keyless Entry. Tilt Column, Daytime Running Lights, Auto on at dusk lights, Factory AM FM CD Player, has steering wheel radio controls, Drivers and Passenger air bags. Oil has been changed every 500 miles due to the car being driven so little and the previous owner sticking with a scheduled oil change. Both radiator hoses, water pump, thermostat and serpentine belt were recently replaced as well as the alternator.. The car is Dark Jade Green with Taupe or what some may call neuteral color leather interior. The lower drivers seat is brownish from the owner having the at some point popular roller wooden beads on the seat. The interior other than that is close to mint. The exterior paint is somewhat faded and the clear is coming off the top of the rear spoiler and tops of the bumpers. Car has some parking lot dings as it was a resident at a retirement community and just mostly sat there. The car just passed Maryland inspection less than 1,500 miles ago and there is no reason I know of why it would not pass anywhere. All lights, turn signals work perfect. Wipers, Tires, Steering Etc are all ready to see use. Engine is a 3.8 Series 2 and is an excellent motor that is smooth and reliable and also gets good gas mileage, around 30 mpg on the highway The 3.8 was in the JD power top 10 motors. Car has no leaks inside or underneath or interior odors, never been smoked in. Tires have less than 5,000 miles. Trunk inside is super clean too. I checked this car out and there is no signs of any accidents or damage. The underneath looks close to perfect. I hate to sell this car but I have 3 vehicles and something has to go. A great car for someone that is not overly concerned with external paint condition. Maaco could make this look great for 500.00 or so. The dark spots on the drivers side carpet where your feet reat is water from my wet shoes. Carpet is not stained anywhere. Transmission shifts perfect. Car drives excellent. All power windows work as they should as well the power outside mirrors and the remote trunk release.This is my daily driver so mileage will increase as the days go by. I am listing this locally so it will be subject to prior sale should a local buyer make the purchase. If you are looking for a great, safe, and reliable used car this would be an excellent candidate.
