Wonderful 2002 Ford Windstar LX. Excellent mechanical condition with ONLY 71,000 miles. This van has the 3.8L V6 motor with automatic transmission. This car runs well and shifts smoothly. The mechanics of this car has recently been inspected by a Ford Dealership and was found to have no defects. The interior is flawless. It has power windows in the front and power flip out windows in the back. AM/FM cassette in the dash with an under seat 12 disk CD changer with remote control. Cloth seats that are soft and comfortable. Cruise, Front and rear heat and AC, power windows and locks with key-less entry. The rear seats are very cool and not only are easily removed for large items, but fold down to admit carrying larger items without the need to totally remove them. This van is quiet, comfortable and incredibly smooth on the highway. One of the most comfortable vehicles I've ridden in. I've never been a fan of minivans, but even the teenagers in the house like this van. The dual sliding doors are probably the best feature of this van. Check out the video of the van and the pictures. The exterior is not perfect but the sheet metal is pretty much flawless. The rear bumper cover has dents in both corners, the passenger corner is considerably more damaged. The front bumper cover has some scrapes where an overzealous taxi driver made contact. The front 2 hubcaps are also missing, thank you to the neighborhood kids. The paint is shiny and smooth, but has a few areas that could use some attention. There are 2 spots of house-paint that was dripped onto the hood, both smaller than a quarter, and some road grime that won't wash off under the passenger rocker and in the wheel wells. The exterior isn't perfect, but not bad at all considering its age.
