TOYOTA FJ40 LANDCRUISER 1969 Complete Shackle Reversal Suspension With Greasable Shackles and 2" Springs. Brand New 42 mm Weber Carb. Brand New 31x10.50x15BFG Mud Tires and ProComp Wheels. Original owners operational manual is with this Cruiser. This FJ40 Land Cruiser has very little rust. The engine is an inline six and runs like a top. Even after coming down from Highway speeds , it will return right back to idle. The throttle response is crisp and smooth with no flat spots. This Cruiser drives smooth and straight. It does not bump steer or wander on the road. The Shackle Reversal system really makes a difference on the way this Cruiser handles and drives. The tires are brand new. they still have the little strigys on them from the factory molds. The engine has plenty of power and this rig will cruise 65 mph all day. The transfer case seals and gaskets have been replaced last week, The engine oil pan gaskets are new as well. It had some minor leaks, so I decided to replace all the gaskets and seals, leaving a beautiful oil free underside. With not a single drip. This FJ40 retains an all original dash and instrument layout. The Cruiser has not been molested in any fashion other than the addition of a full roll cage and shackle reversal system with new springs. This FJ40 Land Cruiser needs nothing. It is ready to use as a daily driver and is very very reliable and inexpensive to operate,maintain and insure.
