1956 corvette driver/project You finish the way you want. This 56 (#E56S004135) has an exceptional body (soda blasted and primed) with all its original body panels. The frame and suspension (no body off and no rust) has been cleaned, primed and painted chassis black. The car is 98% complete but needs interior kit and paint (originally white, red coves with red interior). No soft top or hard top. Soft top brackets are in the car. This is a matching numbered 265CU, 230 HP, 3 speed, with radio and power pack, heater, interior lights, and washer system. Runs and drives great, clear title with restored 56 CA plates, most all stainless and chrome have been restored. *please note that in the front facing photo, the hood latches were not installed when picture was taken. Work completed: · Installed all new wheel cylinders, brake lines and hoses. Master cylinder has been rebuilt. · Gas tank removed, cleaned and installed new tank sending unit. All new fuel lines, carburetor rebuilt and 4346 fuel pump rebuilt. · Installed all new electrical looms (main loom, tail lights and ignition plus misc. smaller looms). · Installed new fire wall insulation. · Installed new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, “U” joints, motor mounts and trans rebuilt. · Cooling system completely gone through, radiator, new heater core, hoses and water pump. · All side stainless is NOS GM · New Pirelli P4000 tires with new polished 15X6 Boyd Coddington Triumph rims. No stock rims. · Complete new exhaust system with oval mufflers. · Windshield is new with windshield stainless and windshield chrome redone. · Door posts have been re-chromed, revel and garnish moldings have been restored. · Front bumpers, rear bumpers and exhaust bezels have been re-chromed. · Original super nice red kick panels and door panels. Also have aftermarket carpet kit. · All gauges, tack, speedometer, wiper motor and heater motor have been rebuilt. · Clock and radio/power pack unit need rebuilt. · No jack or jack tools. · Registration is current (clear title) and the car runs and drives very niceIf you wish additional pictures please send your request.
