1964 Ford Galaxie Convertible! NO RESERVE- YOU BID YOU BUY IT! Why start with somebody's rusted out piece of non-driving Junk? See other 1964 Galaxie adds and compare! This is a running-(good running!) driving car! It is an older restoration that is due for a refresh - every thing but the clock and the gas gauge ( float only) WORK! The top is due for replacement and has some repairs but is serviceable. It is powered by a smooth running 352 V-8 that i believe to be the numbers matching motor for this car. The body does have some minor rust spots, the trunk pan was replaced in the 1980's, and there is has been some very minor body work in the past so a repaint would be in order. The odometer shows 19xxxx miles and I start and drive this car in the neighborhood daily. I have a new set of locks and keys - you will need the trunk lock and trunk lock chrome piece- both readily available from Dearborn Classics! I have replaced the brake master cylinder , the fuel pump and rebuilt the Holley 4 barrel carb ( autolite replacement). The car has Air Shocks on the rear that are in good shape, and Weld Racing Wheels with white letter tires. (the tires have plenty of tread but I would replace them due to age!!). I have not messed with the emergency brakes. The cruis-o-matic transmission shifts and drives great! This is a great place to start a restoration or restomod!
