1989 Mercedes 300SEL Sedan NEEDS TRANSMISSION REPAIRED But otherwise nice car You are looking at a good looking 1989 Mercedes 300 SEL that has a bad transmission that has 137,188 miles on it. IN THE VIDEO I SAY THAT THIS CAR IS A 1987, IT IS A 1989....These Mercedes are timeless ...Very hard to tell what year they are...Also they are large cars with a 6cylinder engine that is a gas saver...This Mercedes has very little rust....... This is an as is sale because of the transmission. The Gold exterior is in very good shape and shows well. ...See pictures... The pictures don't do this car justice. It was a bright day and hard to take pictures. The front tires were weak but the rear are in good shape. The interior of this Mercedes is clean as a pin. Usually the wood in the interior is cracked up, but NOT on this car. The interior is in great shape. There are some scratches in the leather but no tears... The 6 cylinder motor starts right up, sounds great,but the transmission needs repair...It will not move at all, and the fluid is full.... This Mercedes will need to be towed. If you are looking for an economical good looking car that has a lot of life left in it this car is for you!!!!! Bid early as we reserve the right to end the auction early for local sale..
