VERY RARE (round parking lights)1949 Cadillac 2 door Sedanette Fastback. From the research that I've done only 1500 or so (model wide) 1949 cadillacs left the factory with this small but important option. The round parking lights were difficult to produce because of out sourcing reasons. They then put the 1950 parking lights (larger square) into production for the rest of the model year. This is a very very solid car inside and out ! Floor pans, rockers and trunk are solid with no holes. Only spots of rust thru are noted in the pictures. This car is all there moldings, trim and interior parts (radio, clove box door ect.) and 4 hubcaps (needing to be re-chromed) Also comes with a spare hood. It will come with everything to rebuild the front end (ball joints pitman arm, drag links, wheel cylinders, break linings & break hardware) The parts to do the rear axle seals & breaks also. This is one of 5 Cadillacs that I own and have just too many projects started to start another one ! The winning bidder can also purchase a complete 1959 Cadillac 390 cid motor & trans (out of 1959 fleetwood) that was fit in the car (custom motor mounts & tranny cross member) for $1000. Both need to be rebuilt ! Motor and trans both spin freely and were pickled for storage properly. Hate to see this RARE Caddy go but my loss is your gain ! Thanks for look and happy bidding.
