Allow me to introduce to you my LIEN FREE 2001 BMW 740iL! This bimmer was privately owned as our family car from 2001 until 2005 and then it became our vacation car in Naples, Florida. This 740iL was purchased brand new from the showroom floor at Elmhurst BMW in Illinois. I am the only owner of the vehicle, despite it being registered twice, once in IL and once in FL, the same owner both times. This vehicle boasts the ability to have all original panels, not a single panel has been repainted or even ever damaged. This 740IL has the BIG NAVIGATION SCREEN, not the smaller half screen that some 7's come with! Both of the keys, floor mats, and all the books are original & Included as well. The 740 was recently serviced in September 2011 and the service included a fully synthetic BMW oil change, oil and air filters. All the fluids were inspected and topped off. The vehicle was aligned and all four wheels were balanced and rotated. Also, the Goodyear tires that are currently on the car have less than 1000 miles on them. The car has a Guaranteed Clean Carfax and Certified Autocheck! Now onto the options and more detailed specifics of the 740il. The car overall is in excellent condition, except taking into consideration that it is 10 years old it is not perfect, but its imperfections are so minimal but being an honest seller I must describe the car fairly. I will do my best to take accurate pictures and properly describe my vehicle, which I stand behind 100%. The car has a few chips here and there, none bigger than half the size of a US dime. The roof upholstery is NOT sagging and the interior is in very good condition. The floor mats may need to be replaced in the future, again at buyers discretion. The tires have entirely over 90% tread life left and the car really drives very well. It doesn't pull, shake or do anything funny at high or low speeds. The pixels on the dash are in good condition. The odometer is digital and NONE of the pixels are burnt out, however, a few are burnt out on the trip odometer and temperate, which is definitely the lesser of the two. The Odometer indicator is much more important than the temperature, right!? Anyway, this Seven is a true beauty and even though I am sad to let it go, we have already gotten a new car and it is just time to for this one to find a new home.
