Vehicle Detail
Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE You are bidding on a 1996 Ford Clubwagon XLT 15 Passenger Van. It has a beefy 7.5L 460 cu. in. engine. This van has been owned by a summer camp for boys for more than 11 years and as such has been both well used and also very well maintained. The van is in fair condition with minor scratches and dings and body work needed. It also has had muddy boys’ feet in and out of it for 11 years. But that being said, we only put about 7,000 miles per year on our vans for approximately a two month season. Since we transport other people’s children, we are VERY meticulous with the maintenance of our vans, especially with ANYTHING having to do with safety, such as the brakes or tires. This van has the towing package installed and the other options listed in the auction. It needs no major maintenance that I am aware of and it was used every day for this past summer season with no difficulty. The Blue Book value for this van is between $3890.00 and $4390.00 depending on whether I call it “fair” condition or “good” condition. I definitely believe that this vehicle lands in between “fair” and “good”, and with it leaning towards “good”. so I’m making the reserve price $3900.00. You can bid with confidence that I’m an honest business man and will tell you anything you want to know about the van. The only major repair issue that I am even aware of on this van is the rear air does not blow cold. The front air does work. This van has NEVER been driven during the winter and there is no rust issue.
