1982 MERCEDES 300TD WAGON Here’s your chance to own the unstoppable run forever Mercedes Turbo Diesel Wagon. These vintage 300 TD’s are highly sought after. This wagon runs extremely well and has had brand new tires installed two days ago all the way around. The body is really pretty straight, just a few small dings. The paint is burned from 29 years of Texas sun. The interior is good for the age of the car and comfortable. The car has a factory sunroof that opens and closes well. Also all four power windows work and go up and down. The car has a third row seating set up and comes with an extra set of wheels and tires that were on the car. There 15 inch. I’ll up load a picture soon of the extra wheels The car needs a new ignition switch. The past owner lost the keys. So its currently rigged to start without keys. All the lights and wipers work. Only the oil pressure and temp. gauge work. The speedo reads 236,000 miles but the cable is bad. The car has current inspection and a clear Texas title. All and all this car will still travel to the moon and back, but deserves a new paint job, some sheep skin seat covers up front etc. and a few small things. THERE'S LOTS OF TREAD ON THE TIRES, BUT I'VE NOTICED AT LEAST ONE HAS SOME SIDEWALL DAMAGE. ALSO I'VE NOTICED WHEN THE CAR IS STARTED FROM SITTING OVER NIGHT "COLD STARTS" IT RUNS ROUGH FOR A FEW MINUTES TILL IT WARMS UP. THEN IT RUNS PERFECT FROM THEN ON. THANKS
