1981 Fiat Spiders came stock with fuel injection, 2.0L, dual over had cams and electronic ignition. This fiat runs great, drives great, looks great. Fresh 2 stage paint, recent tune up with lots of new parts, new seat upholstery, new muffler, new thermostat, new fuel pump, fuel filter and acid etched and coated fuel tank. The top is in good shape and it goes up and down nice and smooth. MODIFICATIONS ... The door handles are shaved. That means there are no door handls on the outside. There are door poppers installed so it pops open by the remote control. Or you can reach in and open it from the inside lever. The ugly tube bumpers have been removed to give it a MUCH sleeker look. The Front turn and lower fog lights are standard size grommet mount truck lights so they will be easy to replace if anything should happen to them. They were mounted by cutting a bigger hole for the turn signals and welding a plate behind the fog light with a hole cut to fit the light. Every single light bulb has been converted to LED and HID. The headlights have an LED halo around the HID main headlight. They are bright white (like new BMW and Mercedes cars have) so it really stands out at night. All the dash, signal and license plate lights are LED so they have that new, bright color look. You can definately pick this car out of a lineup at night. I get comments everywhere I go about how nice it is. It was painted 6 months ago with high quality 2 stage acrylic paint and it's been cut and buffed. It's really nice. It has 126k miles and I was told it was rebuilt at 100k but dot have a way to verify that other than the fact that it runs great, shifts great, starts right up at any temperature, doesn't smoke and has normal power. I've been driving it 2 or 3 days a week during nice weather days for the past couple years and have had zero issues with it. It's a great little car.
