Up for Bids is a Rare 1966 Bonneville Wagon, It comes with a 421 Tri-power motor and a 4 speed trans. It has the large tach that was Factory like the Gto's and Grand Prix. I have the PHS Documents that can verify the car is factory ordered with all options. The puzzling part is the Tri-Power Carb set-up. The Phs states the car was shipped with a 4bbl carb, I have been told the Dealer prob Installed the tri-power after the car arrived at the dealership( The Intake #'s match a 1966.. 421 ), The Motor is free and turns over by hand. The Car is complete except a battery and the center carb ( Someone tried to steal the Intake and carbs but only got away with 1 carb ) This car can be restored but will need some heavy duty rust repair on the roof and the floor pans. There is also rust where the cowl tag is. The Body panels,doors,fenders ect are repairable. While on the flatbed I got a good look at the frame and it seemed to be very solid. The Glass is all Intact and good as well as The chrome is all there as well. This car is rare and I would love to see it restored ,If Not it would make an awesome Donor for a GTO Engine Swap. There are many factory options on this car that make it stand out as a wild sleeper car such as Power Mirrors,S.O.Stratto Bucket Seats ( in a wagon ) Am/Fm Stereo w/Power Antennaand rear Speakers, Roof Rack, Rear Wind Deflector,Custom Seat Belts, Custom Gauge Cluster, Aluminum 8 lug wheels and hubs,Power Steering and Brakes, Super Lift Shocks ( Factory ) Safty Track Rear Axel, Super Cooler HD Radiator, ect. The Speedo shows 63,665 Not sure how many miles that means ? It is my belief that this is a one owner car, the original owners of the car are long and gone along with the title, it will be sold with a bill of sale. This was a very rare barn find.
