Lots of potential. Rat rod, Street Rod, Jalopy, Parade Car...who knows? The engine block matches the title, I don't know if the frame matches the title. The original engine is in pieces (looks like it was froze and someone beat it apart). Comes with another engine with an older serial number (A1453486 froze also) and other misc. parts...transmission, front end, starter, brackets, brake rods, and more. Looks like an original Ohio car, has rust and patch panels. My artist son calls it "patina". Definitely has lots of character. I have too many projects and not really interested in this car.
