1948 Chevy Fleetmaster with 75,500 actual miles. You won't believe how this car runs and drives down the road! The car is all original, down to the paint. The brakes, tires (I put 2 brand new tires on the back)(front tires are in great shape), clutch, charging system, engine, transmission, rear end, suspension are all good, and it has a new exhaust system. All of the lights work correctly. I also have some other misc. parts such as.....bumper, grill, view finder, etc... The interior and carpet are in good shape. The dash, door panels, rear seat, and head liner, are all in fair to good shape. All of the glass is good. It also has a vacuum assist shift that works! This makes shifting the 3 speed manual transmission very effortless. You can simply drive the car home! I am sure this car would have no problem making it across country. This would save you on shipping costs, which is up to around $1000 right now. The car has current plates on it and has been driven on and off since it was new. I just drove it 100 miles yesterday! I buffed out the paint. Before I buffed it, it kind of looked like the paint on the hood. Not saying that buffing the car will make the paint look brand new but, it made the car look a whole lot better. There is a lot of paint on these old cars. There is no rust, the floor pans are all in good shape and the body is straight. This car is so mechanically sound, I promise you will be shocked when you drive it.
