Up for sale is my BMW 525i. I purchased this vehicle to fix up and give to my newly 16 year old daughter. Prior to me purchasing the vehicle, the previous owner had put a new paint job on the vehicle. It is a great looking 10 footer. Interior is in great shape....leather looks good. Sunroof operates perfectly. The windows do need to be adjusted....from what I hear this is a typical problem for this series of beamers. The window gear is plastic and over time they wear out. All of the window motors are fine. The motor runs and has plenty of power. In fact it has more punch than my Yukon. It does however have a slight knock when running. My mechanic tells me that it is a valve that needs adjusted. Apparently the VANOS valve system that these beamers have typically needs adjusting and this would solve the problem? I will let the new owner figure this out. The trunk latch needs adjusted as well. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
