Up for auction again (winner backed out) is my running 1963 Cadillac Coupe de Ville. It is equipped with a completely rebuilt 325 hp, 390 ci V8.The car is from Sacramento, Ca and still has original Ca black plates.I have run out of both time and money to complete the restoration. Car has been driven very little after the rebuild which was completed in Feb of 2008. Has been in storage ever since. Engine starts and idles. Transmission has not been rebuilt.The following has been done/restored/replaced: Complete engine removal and restoration with Kanters rebuild kit (parts $1000, labor $2800). Body is mostly straight but there is some rust and the interior has suffered from dry rot (presumably from the Ca sun). Floor panels will need to be replaced as drivers side has rusted thru, these are readily available for $60 on Ebay Please note that this car is sold as is and has not been a daily driver for me, although it starts, drives, shifts gears and stops.
