1966 chevelle ss 396 convertable , no this is not a numbers matching car its a resto mod , this car has been totally frame off restored with new everything , the frame was painted base clear black and so was the bottom of the floor of the car , has a rebuilt 396 that was built for performance with a big cam , edelbrock intake and nice ceramic coated headers , has had about everything redone all new interrior with seats totally rebuilt new foam , seat backs covers , carpet , doorpanels , new dash with all new trim , ididit chrome tilit wheel , powersteering , disc brakes , big 1"1/4 sway bar, complete new top , had all the frame work blasted and painted and new pads and top pro installed looks beautiful , has th700r4 transmission with overdrive and a 308 12 bolt rear so this baby will cruise great , this chevelle rides and drives great , plenty of power and will about idle at 70 mph , has good take off as well as 700r4 has a low first gear , this car is new every where , bumpers and chrome are new and look awesome , this car is super clean under it as its fresh and only a few test runs in it , i didnt build the car i traded for it i dont think the guy who built it ever drove it , ive had to finish up a few things to get it road ready and im still playing with it as its all new , needs a few very minor things worked out like the original radio does not work .this is a super nice chevelle runs drives and smells new , this car took 60k to build its not a 20k car !!! top folds like new , i have another chevelle i might trade on a new camaro , challenger or mustang , or a newer harley trike or roadking +}cash, i set a reserve on the car please dont ask how much its a auction , cash is king and i reserve the right to end auction at any time due to local sale. dont bother contacting me with low ball offers be reasonable , On Aug-25-11 at 20:12:02 PDT, seller added the following information: call adam at 3047446207 to come see the carOn Aug-29-11 at 05:09:03 PDT, seller added the following information:I have a set of toqure thrust 2 17" wheels with the best bfg speed rated tires that money could buy still in plastic that the winning bidder can switch out if you like em better , i had em custom built for a 68 camaro but never used em i figure they will fit the chevelle , i need one set or the other to put on my 70 chevelle ya dont get both sets i can also be reached on my cell phone 304-590-4082 anyone serious about the car can come go on a ride
