A very nice looking 1999 Silver Audi A4 with 4 brand new tires and brand new belts, with black leather interior. The car is very clean inside and outside. (There is a tiny tear on driver seat). We are trying to describe the condition of the car as honest as we could. An "Audi Authorized Dealer and Shop" in Livermore, California ("Livermore Audi") recommended to replace the radiator (estimated $ 884). Then to flush cooling system and transmission because it is not shifting smoothly due to transmission is contaminated with coolant, it was suggested to flush transmission/transmission lines for about $ 680. Total repair maybe around $ 1,800 (with taxes). Our youngest kid is going to college this year and don't want to spend the fund on car repair. We rather use the fund to pay college tuition. Please bring the car to "Livermore Audi" to be repaired if you are interested to purchase the car, since they already know the condition of the car. But if you rather fix the car yourself, it is really up to you. The car needs some one who would pamper and take care of it. If you invest a bit more in this car, you will make a great and fun car to drive. Since the car is just sitting in the driveway, currently the battery is dead. We don't recommend you drive the car too far before you fix it. If you plan to tow it, I think it is the best option since the battery is dead anyway. Please do not bid if you have 0 feedback.
