What you see is what you get. This is an incomplete parts bike sold as is. Everything looks to be in good shape. The frame is straight, forks are good, final drive feels good. I don't know about the engine because it has never run in my presence. This bike has been sitting in my garage for about 10 years and I'm tired of looking at it!
