This listing is for my 1972 Chevrolet Suburban Custom/10. I bought this truck in 2002 and have used it very little since. It has been in the garage for the last 5 or 6 years without much use at all until lately. I have driven the truck to a couple shows in the past month and it runs very well. This truck is pretty highly optioned. It has its original 402 big block motor, a turbo 400 transmission with a shift kit and deep pan for extra cooling, factory front and rear air conditioning, tilt wheel and full instrumentation including the rare tachometer and vacuum guages. After driving it around for the last few weeks I almost regret listing it but I need to make room for other projects. The truck also has some add ons from the previous owner that used the truck for towing. He added air bags and a compressor that do not work now but did when the truck was stored, as well as 2 auxilliary 15 gallon gas tanks and a switched electric fan. The truck has later model blazer electric front seats and a make shift center console. The truck does come with the original front bench and has the factory second row mounted behind the buckets. The truck was originally a texas truck and the body is very good because of that. There are some small bubbles starting at the corners of the doors but I could not make them show up in the pictures. The truck was originally a blue and white two tone but the black paint has held up well overall and still looks shiny. The blue is coming through in a few spots as seen in the pictures. This is a very nice and very solid truck that would not take much to make a show vehicle of or drive it as is and enjoy it. Email me through ebay to set up an appointment to see the truck.
