Hello, I have my Alfa Romeo GTV-6 for sale. I am moving and can't take it with me. I bought this car from Arizona and it need i little attention as far as the body was conserned, there was no rust on the shock towers but there was a little bit behind the passenger side front tire, it has been dealt with, it was cut out and replaced by a body shop. Then the colour was changed by the same body shop, the orignal colour was the champaine colour. I had it changed to a Hot Rod Flatz colour called Copper metalic with 30% flattening agent. The interior is a little rough as far as little things like the interior lights. The side view nirrows are correct GTV6 mirrors but the power mirror controler I did not have time to find. It could use some new carpet to make it look really great. The seats have been completely rebuilt by a proffesional upolstery shop, done all in black leather, front and rear. The windshield has been replaced with a NOS alfa GTV6 windshield with the antena in it and the tint strip. I have included some pictures of the car as it was undergoing the restoration. The rear end has been redone as well custom and clean. The bumpers were removed to get rid of about 120lbs. The timing belt and water pump were just replaced in Feburary of 2011 and then it went to the body shop, I got it back about 2 months ago and have put about 400 miles on it sinse then. In the interest of disclosure, The speedo needs fixed, but the tach works just fine. It runs really strong and fast. I didn't do anything with the wheels because I was going to replace them with Team Dynamics wheels, but now the new owner can take that on. There are only a few things that need done to make this a car perfect. The trunk has been Dynamatted but it needs carpet. It has a new batery as well. The door seals on the body have been replaced as well with new felt and rubber seals. The windows roll up slow, tipical Alfa thing. Also, the door locks are all keyed the same but need to be taken out and flipped because the body shop put the latches in upside down, they still wirk just fine, they just need flipped. The trunk button, and doors are the same key, and the ignation is the small ignation key, and the gas lock key is the small gas key. Three keys in all. I think I covered everything, but I reserve the right to update this posting if I think of anything I forgot. PLEASE ask questions before bidding. I do have a reserve on this auction. The mileage is an estimate because the speedo stopped working a couple months ago. I encourage you to pull a car fax on this car and check it for your self, I did before I bought it and it was all good. No other rust that I found, but if you'd like a second oppinion there is a Italian Car specialist here in town and you can call him and I'll run it over to him and he can give you the strait scoop. Oh, for the paint and body guys out there please note that the car was primed and then sat for two weeks so the primer could shrink then sanded then repeted and wet sanded and sealed properly then painted.
