No reserve 5 day auction! High bid wins this car! You are bidding on a 1963 Chevy Impala 2 door hardtop. This is an original Southern car and it’s very solid overall. It has classic Hot Rod black paintjob with red steel wheels. The car is an original V8 Automatic car. It currently has a 350 engine (3970014 casting number) with a power glide transmission. The motor is very clean. The car sat for a few years before I got the car, but with new fuel lines it cranked right up. The car cranks up and runs as it is, but a basic tuneup and gas tank flush will greatly help it. The transmission takes gear and the car moves forwards and backwards. The car has a new master cylinder, but will still need 2 wheel cylinders. This is a southern car and is very solid for a car over 40 years old. The floor pans and trunk pan have both been replaced at some time. The car still has a few minor rust spots, but I preferred to have the spots with the rat rod look of the car than to just have a car full of bondo. The dash still has it’s original paint on it and has just the right amount of patina. The car has a pair of late model bucket seats sitting in it and I am also going to include a pair of grey late model seats. It still has it’s original headliner in it also. Both the Vin tag and body tag are still on the car. Please do not expect to drive the car home. The car isn’t perfect, but it doesn’t have any major problem that an average gearhead can’t fix with some time. GA is a bill of sale only state for anything older than 1986 So I will be issuing a GA bill of sale for the car.
