Hello, This is a 1965 Ford F 100 pickup truck we bought about four years ago. It's been used to go back and forth to work as a daily driver and it's also has sat for long periods of time and has always started when we need to drive it. The previous owner replaced the engine with a 1973 Ford LTD engine in the 1980’s 351 Windsor with automatic transmission and duel exhaust. I'm not sure but I think a engine mount is broken. The truck has air conditioning but needs to be charged, the former owner said it worked but I never did anything with it. In 1985 they repainted with Emron Paint i'm sure it looked good then but needs to be repainted now. In 2003 they replaced the 2 bbl Carburetor. The choke stopped working about a year ago and the truck starts but there is no high idel you have to keep your foot on the gas till it warms up. The steering box is going to need replaced at some point. The VIN# is F1OJN663069 New parts in 2006 are : Alternator, plug wirers, ignition, hoses, brake drums, brake shoes, rear brake cylinders, brake spring kits, wheel studs. In 2008 I had the front end rebuilt: Drag link, king pins, control arm. Also replaced the tires. I put new mirrows and newer model Ford hubcaps on it. New sun visors and glove box. Also the lenses in the turn signels front and back have been replaced. Has a alpine am/fm/ tape played and two door speakers. The front seat is original no holes or tears. The truck is straight and solid. There is a small rust hole in passenger door outside panel can be seen in photo's. The bed also has rust holes can be seen in photo's. Everything else is just serface rust. This truck would be a GREAT project truck. I have tried to describe the condition of the truck as well as I can.
