Listed for sale is an absolute classic! A 1972 Honda CL 100 Scrambler with super low miles. This motorcycle has been lovingly maintained and stored indoors. One look and you can see that it's in incredible condition for it's age. Following is a list of service items completed in the last year: new mirrors (OEM), full carb clean and adjustment, new headlight (OEM), new fork seals, fresh oil change (today), new spark plug (today). The bike runs great and is a ton of fun. This is a perfect commuter bike, starter motorcycle or alternative to a scooter. I am not the original owner of this motorcycle and therefore can't vouch for every day of it's provenance, but I can say that the work completed since I've owned the bike has been performed by qualified mechanics and only OEM parts have been used. Besides normal wear and tear, the only issues I've seen are that the seat is missing two seat buttons on the left side (you can replace them for a few bucks) and the left side cover has been repaired from the inside where a tab cracked and one tab is missing. The two tabs hold the cover in place with no problem and it is not noticeable from the exterior. The paint is in such good condition that I think it may have been re-painted at some point so I can't guarantee that it's original. It's hard to imagine a 39-year old bike looking this good. There are no signs of rust in the tank. I have clear title, a copy of the shop manual and an original owner's manual. Please ask all questions prior to bidding.
