Selling my 1972 IH Travelall 1210 3/4T 4x4 - 392 4 speed automatic tranny, D44 front & D60 rear axles, NP205 Tcase. Great project truck & king of heavy metal, burly! I bought this clean truck for a project in the spring of 2008 but just don't have time, $$ or interest any longer. I have done nothing to it except put the nearly new Kelly tires on it from another IH truck I have. I've never driven more than up & down the street and start it every so often. CA Clean title & currently registered non-op. There seems to be some choking in the carb on acceleration. The truck starts and idles strong and sounds really good. It doesn't smoke or leak. The only rusted through areas I am aware of is around the windshield and on the rear window / tailgate area. The truck was primered & ready for paint when I bought it but I never painted it & now surface rust is coming through on the hood & roof. The truck needs a battery, the front bumper is missing & the auction includes (5) five spoke rims w/tires that I got with the truck when I bought it. The interior, aside from the torn & worn drivers seat is clean. There is a cut out in the dash from where it appears a speaker once was. The is no head liner. The truck has Stans headers installed, new aluminized dual exhaust & a tow hitch receiver. Highest bidder takes this one as I need the space & hate seeing this cool truck being neglected.
