For Sale is a 2002 Ford Excursion Limited 4x4 It has the 7.3 liter Powerstroke Turbo Diesel engine and an automatic transmission. Fully loaded interior including heated Leather seats, front and rear air conditioning that blows cold, power windows and door locks, CD player and the third row seat as well. The truck has a Superlift lift kit installed including Bilstien shocks. It is a 6 inch lift that we lowered to around 4 inches. You can have it rearched back to 6 inches if you want more height. It clears 35" tires now with no problem. It has an almost new set of Nitto tires and wheels on it that only have about 9000 miles on them and they show almost no wear. Size is LT325/65R18 (35x13.5x18) The truck has many new parts including front ball joints, one of the tie rods, rear U-joints, alternator, glow plug relay and high pressure O rings on the oil pump. I have also replaced the vehicle security module for the factory security system. I'm sure there is more that I am forgetting, but that is all I can remember for now. The truck is equipped with the factory tow package and also has a trailer brake and a set of air bags in the rear for additional load capacity. Tows like a truck and still has the room and the luxury of the Excursion. The truck runs great, has really good power and does not seem to burn any oil, if you know Fords, then you know that this engine is the best one they ever used and that it is good for at least another 100k or more. I serviced the transmission recently and installed a mild shift kit in it as well, trans shifts great and does not seem to run hot at all. The truck is in great overall condition with only minor dings and scratches, still wearing the original paint and has NO RUST!! I have taken several trips with it over the last few months and I have had ZERO problems. I wouldn't hesitate to get in it and drive across country. That being said, it is 11 years old and is being sold with NO warranty. Delivery is the responsibilityy of the buyer, I can assist with pick up if needed. On Aug-13-11 at 11:36:54 PDT, seller added the following information: *****UPDATE***** I had some people ask for more pictures so I added some here. The back seat is a split bench, no DVD player. The oil you see on the underside is from leaking high pressure oil pump O rings. It caused oil to puddle on top of the engine and then run down the back of the block and get blown back as you drive. They have been replaced recently along with a sensor on the top of the engine so the oil leak should be fixed.
