Vehicle Description As always, this is a no reserve, no "buy it now", no B.S. REAL AUCTION. The high bidder will win a very nice ATV at the end of this auction. As you can see by our feedback we are very honest sellers. Buying an ATV online can be scary. You'll notice in a lot of auctions there is very little description and very few pictures. In our auctions you get all the details, both good and bad. In addition you are always welcome to come check this machine out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. However, if you are unable to do so we guarantee your happiness, with this: If you win, get here and find that we have misrepresented it in any way you can walk away without paying a dime and with no fear of bad feedback. ATV: This ATV is a 2008 Honda Rancher 420 EFI 4x2. (TRX420TM) The 420s are a big step up for Honda. The power of the new EFI engine is much better than the that of the old 350 Ranchers. This is the foot shift model so no electric shift to let you down and no clutch. Just shift gears with your foot. This is the ultimate in reliability. This is a 2 wheel drive ATV. 2 wheel drives will do anything a 4x4 will except deal well with very slippery conditions and very steep terrain. For farm/ag use or casula trail riding a 4x2 is teh ticket: less maintenance and much cheaper. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Condition: This ATV is in excellent used condition. Honda does not equip the foot shift Ranchers with an odometer or hour meter but based on condition I'd guess this one at around 500 miles or 50 hours. Everything on it works perfectly. It runs great and has lots of power. The brakes, transmission, and etc all work great. It runs perfectly has no leaks, smoke or any other issues. Appearance wise it looks good. It does have normal trail scratches all over it but it has no cracked or broken plastic. The engine runs perfectly and it does not smoke or leak anything. The tires are still in great shape also with lots of the original tread remaining. So overall you are getting a very nice used used ATV at a $100 minimum bid and no reserve. You could go buy a new one for $5500+ or here you pick the price, what more could you ask for? I will be happy to work with your shipper within reason to make it go smoothly for you. As for transaction details, We are located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington KY and 75 South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we have to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. If you have it shiped to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exempion for farm/agricultural use. We don't require a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This ATV originally sold new in a state that does not title ATVs (many don’t) so it does not have one. Almost every state who requires titles for ATVs (Ohio and Indiana for example) will make you a title for it with a notarized bill of sale, which we will provide. Kentucky and many others like VI, SC, NC, NY, NJ, MS, MN, and GA to name a few, don’t require titles for ATVs. We will also provide the new owner with a professional bill of sale.
