The final price will be the winning bid, unless you want an additional smog certificate which will add $100 to the final price, it is up to the buyer. I replaced the battery with a NEW battery!I obtained a Passed SMOG CERTIFICATE. This Certificate was in early May 2011, it expires early August 2011. The existing smog certificate is with the car. If another certificate is desired then an extra $100 must be added to the high bid and the buyer will receive the additional certificate if desired. (NOTE: All of these pictures have an incorrect date from my camera.) This car is owned by my 85 year old mother and my sister. I helped my mother purchase this about 10 years ago when it had 43,000 miles from a dealer in Redding California. (Good dry climate for cars.) I spoke with someone who knew the original owner and they said it was owned by a "grandma." My mother used it intermittently and then was unable to drive for the last 4 years or so. She was helped by my niece who used it to drive her places. The car is 17 years old and is clearly a well used car although with low miles. I am NOT representing this car as excellent. It is a well used 17 year old car that starts and runs and works. It has passed smog certification which does require fairly good engine and combustion, and exhaust function. But this is NOT a 'Creampuff' This is just a BUICK with a REAL 74,800 MILES that works and passes Smog, and runs. It is not otherwise special or better than a well used car. It has tires that look to be in good shape with lots of tread left on all four tires. The spare is original and has never been used. It still looks new. The trunk is nice and clean. The body has some paint fading, it has some dings, and scraps, but reasonably clean for a 17 year old car. The biggest 'scrape' is the left front. I shot a picture of that for your viewing. The engine starts, I purchased a new battery for it. It is on a battery tender. The A/C does not work. I had a mechanic check it and he said it needs a new compressor. The engine runs OK, and does not stall. The interior is worn, but useable. There is an AM/FM stereo with cassette. There are power windows, and power door locks they appear to work. I believe there is power drivers seat. The car's title is clean. Because the car was not used for a while, it was registered as "off the street." The front headlights and the rear tail lights appear to work correctly. I reserve the right to sell the car locally until I have received funds. The car is used and sold As-Is, Where-Is, with no warranty or guarantee. I have 100 percent SATISFIED BUYERS.
