1976 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ This car is a true survivor and I would not hesitate to drive it cross country right now. Strong running 400 4 bbl. engine with smooth automatic transmission. New Goodyear Eagle GTII tires have less than 100 miles on them. Air conditioning still blows cold, something almost unheard of in a car this old. Mint cloth interior with bucket front seats, center console and shifter, and rear bench. This interior is CLEAN. The exterior has some of the blemishes you would expect for a 35 year old unrestored car, but it still looks fantastic and is a real head turner on the road. What does not work: the clock, which is typical in '76 GPs, cruise control, and am/8-track radio, which is intermittent. Wipers and washer work fine, all lights interior and exterior, cigarette lighter which can be used for GPS or other accessories. Heat and defroster work well, electric rear defogger has no problems, and again, the AC blows cold. The vehicle passed the New York State safety inspection in May with no deficiencies. I'm the second owner of the car and have had it for 8 years. I have the original build sheet as well as a few other extras that are all included.
