Vehicle Detail

Hello and Thank You for viewing my auction. I have lost storage and am selling off my collection of cars and unfortunately this one has to go. This is not a "cloned" base camaro or rally sport made to look like a Z28. This is a "true" Z28 and is the last year of the second generation making it a highly collectible camaro. These Z28's are going up in value quickly and here is your chance to get a nice project car at a very low price. This car was fully restored a few years ago and needs to be brought back to its glory days. The engine sounds incredible and the car runs and drives. It has been sitting for a few months so will need fluids changed and some attention. It developed a power steering leak from sitting in the garage and the a/c doesnt work anymore. This is a factory power window car and they work fine. I have thousands of dollars in receipts from the past few years that I will list below. The automatic shifter cable needs to be adjusted as it will not go into park so I use the emergency brake in neutral . The shifter only goes up to reverse and if you pull the decorative piece off the console it will move forward one more notch to engage in park so this is a simple adjustment. The body was flawless before the damage you see on the driver side occured from where someone backed into the car. The passenger side is still beautiful as you can see in the pictures. This is a "Florida" car so you dont see the typical rust issues like most 2nd Gen cars. The underside lip of the trunk lid has a little rust there. The trunk pan, floors and all the rest of the car are in superb condition. The front headlight panel is cracked from a car backing into it as well. The interior had a bunch of new parts installed and some are still mint like the z28 "ribbed" steering wheel is like new, center console is new,has a nice "alpine" c/d system with 4 infinity speakers... Here comes the parts...6/9/06 New brake calipers, new brake hoses, new idler arm(suspension),new center link(suspension),new belts, new indy 500 Firehawk tires for a total of $1517.56 done at Midas. 8/25/07 New a/c compressor, new drier, new orfice tube, new evaporator, freon for a total of $838.71 done at Aamco. 1/05/07 New front shocks and install New front springs, oil filler neck grommet, front end alignment, replaced rear leaf springs $593.65. New top and bottom console from ECKLERS in 2007 $334.14. New weatherstrip kit with factory chrome molding from ECKLERS 2007 $297.99. New long waterpump Chrome Supercool from ECKLERS 2008 $154.00. New Front Coil Springs from ECKLERS 2007 $117.00. New rear spring eye and shackle Poly kit from ECKLERS 2007 $117.00. Much much more has been done . This is also a factory red interior car (75R) code on the trim tag. .INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS are welcomed to bid. I have sold and shipped vehicles all over the world and can answer any questions you may have. I have set a Low "BUY IT NOW" price to sell it FAST as I have too many cars that need to sell quickly:) On Jul-23-11 at 21:12:26 PDT, seller added the following information: Forgot to mention that the driver side tail light is cracked. I have had a couple of questions concerning the panel between the rear window and the trunk that holds the hinges for the trunk. There is no rust in this area and it is rock solid. I will try to get a picture of this area on ebay tomorrow. Thanks again and Good Luck. On Jul-24-11 at 09:35:45 PDT, seller added the following information: Hello, I have added more pictures so you can get a better idea on this car. You can see the trunk hinge mount location is nice. I lifted the trunk mat and there is very little spots where the black paint lifted and you see the surface rust. Will need a little sanding and repainting with trunk paint for a showroom look. I have lots of pictures of door jamb areas that are nice as well. Headliner is all there but the board is warped from the heat. Thanks and good luck.
