1972 Super Beetle Convertible Up for sale is a beautiful yellow 1972 VW Super Beetle convertible. It’s in great condition inside-out. It has a Clean California Title and is currently registered. It has very nice aluminum wheels with Pirelli tires. The car was restored by the previous owner about a decade ago. It was driven for couple of years and then stored away until not too long ago. The car runs and drives fine but could use a tune-up. When the car is first started after a long period, it require a few minutes to warm up. Once it’s warmed up, it idles perfect and runs great (see youtube video). I have driven the car over long distances up to 70mph without any problems. The brakes and lights work fine. All the glass is in perfect condition. The car is missing the dash ashtray, the little piece that the passenger visor clips to and the two rear window crank knobs. It has new rubber around windows and doors. The pan seems to have been repaired. There are two metal pieces added to the rear of the pan under the back seat area (see pic). The electric system works and all the lights are ok. The radio turns on but there is no sound but there are no speakers installed.
