Here is a two owner 1997 Chrysler Town & Country LXi Minivan. The original owner (mother) sold the vehicle to a family member (son) , so in essence it is a one owner vehicle. LXi has every option that was offered at the time, and this van also has a factory installed towing package. With the hitch and luggage rack, this van would be great for the over-the-road trips as well as local trips to the soccer game, church, etc. 152,721 miles and roughly 85% are highway miles. Daily driver at this time. Wine red color with gold accents. Great color package for its year! 3.8 liter V6 engine. Has power, but is efficient on gas! 166 hp. Good: Clean! Runs smooth with a comfortable ride. Starts right up! Doors are tight. Sliding doors work great! Towing package with transmission cooler. Hitch package, luggage rack. Leather seats have no tears and are in good shape. Carpet is a 9 out of 10. Grey interior shows well. Front and Rear AC blows cold. No oders non smoker. Fully loaded. Power everything. Good tires. Recent oil change. Owner has written records of past service. Bad: Crack in the windshield. Letter "C" is missing out of the Chrysler badge on the rear gate. Road blemish on the hood (chips) and a small ding in the door, not noticable from 10 feet however. Rims are starting to show some road wear (gold accent paint is staring to fade). Engine has a belt that has a intermitted "squeak" most likely a belt or pully. Owner is looking into repair at this time as this is very minor and takes nothing away from the performance. Does need a safety emmissions test as tag expired in April '11. Can easily be done and the van will easily pass. Plates are still valid. Summary: All in all, a great used van!
