This is a 1990 Honda Accord LX that was purchased new in 1990 by my mom just before she retired. The car has 38,000 ORIGINAL MILES!! The vehicle is in good shape. The vehicle was part of a Probate Inventory and has recently been released for sale. She was the original and only owner. Due to illness the vehicle has been driven very little over the past 10 years. I had the car service at the local dealer where the car was purchased and all service work had been conducted at the selling dealer since it was sold new in 1990. It has new tires, new muffler, and recent oil change and coolant service. In addition the timing belt, fan belt, radiator hoses, alternator, and battery were replaced 4 years ago The air conditioning has been serviced since the last auction and it works properly with plenty of cold air. All service history is available from the original dealer if required. There are a few minor repairs needed. The dealer recommended the following: replacing the oil pan gasket and the valve cover gasket, reconnecting the power antenna, and drain and flush brake lines. It does not have airbags but it does have "automatic seatbelts". Kids hate these because they have no choice but to wear their seatbelt. Other than that the car is more than ready to go. It was my mothers car and maintained as best as possible to ensure safe and reliable service for a 67 year old female in local use and twice a year over the road round trips of 800 miles. The car has been sitting in a garage however for most of the past 7 years. I drove it 500 miles getting it ready for sale and it ran perfectly. The Autocheck report shows 2 owners. It is correct, the vehicle was owned by my mother for 20 of 21 years and the vehicle was transferred to me after working it way through the Ohio Probate Court system Lastly, there is an error in the AutoCheck reporting. There is a incorrect entry that indicates the car had 153,000 miles in the odometer history. I encourage you to look at all the entries and you will see that the car had been used very little or not at all for several years. As a result of the incorrect AutoCheck entry the seller will warranty that the vehicle has 38,000 miles. The seller will warranty no other element of the vehicle. The car is sold as is where is. It will be a great buy for someone looking for reliable, affordable tranportation. This is a vehicle that is in good condition but not perfect. I planned to buy it for my college age daughter but she does not want it. "Too Old" she says. Please do not call asking questions about the mileage. The miles were certified in a Probate Court under sworn testimony under the penalty of perjury. THE TITLE SHOWS ACTUAL MILES. I encourage all bidders to ask questions here on the auction.
