I am selling my 1997 S600 at a very steep discount. The car runs and is in good condition but I cannot make some repairs it needs due to an injury in my family. My loss I guess is your gain. Let's start with the good. The car has Brembo front disk brakes and rotors that alone cost me $4000. It also has 22" Billet specialties rims that were custom made at an 8.5" width to reduce any rubbing or damage. They are big but they do not overpower the car. The tires are Nitto NT555's and are almost brand new and have very low miles. The car has a suede headliner in a dark greay and two tone black and grey leather throught, Leather dash, Suede Side pillars, Leather sun visors. I drove this car daily until this unfortunate event and now I just do not have the time to devote to the vehicle anymore. Now here is the bad, the items I cannot fix. The car needs a mass air flow sensor (per my mechanic). It needs the wood grain pieces to be completed (I started to cover them all in carbon fiber but now have no time to complete, and it needs side mirrors which were stolen from my front yard about a month ago. Finally the AC needs to be recharged. That is really it. Like I said I have been driving this car for a long time and have the clear title in my hand ready to go. Whomever buys this car will be getting a great deal and it needs only limited work. I have included the pictures that I have in my computer since I recently moved so if there are specific pictures you would like please let me know but only if you are a serious bidder and have made a bid. The bidding is starting at the ridiculously low price of $500 and the reserves is just as ridiculously low. If you have any questions please ask. I am trying to be as upfront and forthcoming as possible about the car. Since it needs work I am realistic and I assure you that the reserve is a very fair price. and is set at less that the cost of the brakes alone. If this car does not sell I will be parting it out so if you need parts please let me know. I can get 3 times the price in parts but the time involved is just not very feasable at the current moment. One final thing, I usually sell all of my items under mhuckfamily but I am in a dispute with ebay right now. I am selling this through my wifes new account but I assure you that my feedback is very good and I have both bought and sold vehicles here including another Mercedes and a Bentley.
