2007 BMW R1200RT is for the serious rider – a rider who wants performance and to be able to tour long distance at the same time. It comes with huge storage 7 ½ gallons for those long trips, and options include heated grips and seats, cruise control, electric wind shield and new tires. The air/oil cooled Boxter engine’s four valves per cylinder gives up to 110hp and 85 foot pounds of torque. The front suspension is BMW’s Telelever system and the rear suspension is BMW’s Paralever system – it all rides on a three-part frame of cast aluminum and tubular steel. The front brakes sport 4-piston calipers and 12.6-inch dual floating rotors. The rear brakes sport 2-piston calipers and a 10.4-inch single fixed rotor, which is more than enough for the rear brakes. This BMW R1200RT’s styling is already hot!!!
