I am the second owner of this very rare vehicle. There were only 2,329 Mercury Montclair 2-door HardTops built in 1964. This 25th anniversary model has the "H" engine code that denotes 8-cylinder 390 2V Special. It also has factory Deluxe Air Conditioning integrated into the dash (a rare option for a "Breezeway"). Of the 2,329 built, I don't know how many Montclair 2-door HardTops are still around 47 years later or any remaining with these two options. I have the original window sticker and the owners manual. It still has the original paint and rust. It is also a complete car except it is missing one hubcap. I will include all of the parts shown that I've collected over the years. As you can see it does have rust. It has a crack in the exhaust manifold that I noticed (noisy) when driving it. So, I parked it until I got it repaired (which I haven't)...It hasn't been started in 10 years. The drivers front wheel is rusted and will need to be swapped with the spare in the trunk. This car needs TLC to make it really nice or fix the manifold/charge the battery/buy a carpet kit to make it your driving project or it would make a great parts car. Happy Bidding!
