2005 Chevy Chevrolet Tahoe 5.3L V8 – 4 Wheel Drive Great SUV NO RESERVE!!!! Here we have a nice 2005 Chevy Tahoe. It is a former service/police vehicle. It would make a great work or utility truck or could be put right back into service as a security vehicle. Tons of uses. It has 112925 miles on it and has tons of life to go! We believe these to be highway miles as the truck only has a little over 3200 hours on it. If you do the math, the average lifetime speed is about 38 m.p.h. Last bidder wins! This truck runs and drives good. It test drove well. Engine ran good, transmission shifted fine and brakes stopped well. This truck may have a police performance package, when you step on it, it goes! The truck would probably benefit from a tune-up. There was a little play in the steering column which I believe to be the intermediate steering shaft. This is a common problem with these GM trucks. I’ve replaced two on my 150k GMC pickup. Please keep in mind this is a used vehicle and a former service vehicle. It has average wear and tear for a 2005 vehicle. The front seats are cloth buckets and the rear is vinyl. It has the heavy duty rubber floor. It has light scratches, dings etc from it’s age and the typical parking lot stuff. There are misc screw holes and Velcro on the dash from service equipment that was removed from this vehicle. There is a crease on the driver’s side that hits the fender and both doors. The rear quarters have some minor damage and touch up paint. The rear bumper has a small dent on the right side. The tailgate has a very small crease in the area of the wiper blade. The front center console is missing in the pictures, however it is included and is in the rear of the truck along with the rear mudflaps, roof racks, overhead storage console and the spare tire. All four tires are Goodyear Wrangler SRA with approximately 75% treadlife remaining.
